Terms of Use

By using the Çözüm Kirada platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Terms

Çözüm Kirada is a platform service that connects machinery, equipment, tool, and supply owners with renters. The platform facilitates rental transactions between parties but is not a party to the rental agreement or the payment process. It bears no responsibility for the use of products or the consequences arising from their use.

2. Membership

To use the platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and create a valid account. The respective parties are responsible for the accuracy of their account information.

3. Listing Rules

  • Listings must contain accurate and up-to-date information
  • Photos must belong to the actual machinery or equipment being listed
  • Listings containing misleading or deceptive information will be removed
  • Illegal products or services may not be listed
  • Listing descriptions must not contain language that is offensive to public morals or order

4. Rental Transactions

Rental terms, pricing, duration, and delivery details are determined between the parties. The platform does not have the authority or responsibility to make binding decisions between or on behalf of the parties.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Çözüm Kirada does not guarantee the condition, safety, or performance of rented machinery or equipment. Users are responsible for inspecting the equipment prior to rental. All disputes are resolved between the equipment owner and the renter.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software on the platform belong to Çözüm Kirada. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.

7. Account Suspension

Accounts that violate the terms of use may be warned, suspended, or permanently closed.

8. Changes

These terms of use may be updated without prior notice. Updates take effect from the moment they are published.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of disputes, the courts of Ankara shall have jurisdiction.
