Cancellation and Refund Conditions

Since rental agreements and payments are made directly between the parties, cancellation and refund processes are also handled between the parties.

In Cases of Damage, Cancellation, or Refund

  • In the event of a dispute, the platform assumes no responsibility. The parties must resolve disputes among themselves
  • The condition of the equipment should be photographed before and after the rental period
  • Any damage must be reported to the equipment owner immediately
  • Damage costs may be covered by the deposit or by insurance held by the equipment owner, or the equipment owner may separately claim the damage from the renter
